Riverfront Lodging policies are as follows:

Basic Rooms: *1 night deposit upon reservation to block the date(s) for the room *Balance will be due UPON check-in *Check-in 3:00pm and check-out 11:00am *2 guest maximum per room, extra guest will be additional $10/guest. Children 10 and under are free; max. of 2 children *Refunds are honored for cancellations 72 hours before check-in date (*with exception of small transaction fee for processing the Credit Card). For cancellations LESS than 72 hours, will be charged the 1-night deposit + taxes. *Pets 20lbs and under will cost $25/night, PER pet; 21lbs and over are NOT allowed; $250 pet deposit is required for incidentals, pet deposit is refundable upon check-out *Only rooms 7,8,10 & 12 are pet rooms; please call ahead to see if available, if not available pet will be turned away. *We have the right to charge your card on file for any missing items or damages incurred during your stay *All rooms are non-smoking *There is NO cooking allowed in rooms. *Management has the right to request any guest to vacate for any reason *We are NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries during your stay.

Children 10 and under are free; *Refunds are honored for cancellations at least 14 days before check-in date (*with exception of a small transaction fee for processing the Credit Card). After that, 50% refund for cancelations that are 7-13 days before check-in.
